This version is topped with apples and cinnamon, and will make your home smell like autumn has arrived! Level Beginner Prep Time 20 minutes Cook Time 12-14 minutes Serves 2 Cook it With Our 10 Inch Chef Collection Skillet Ingredients 2 eggs ½ cup milk ½ cup all-purpose flour pinch of salt 1 tablespoon butter 2 small apples, cored and sliced into wedges 2 tablespoons butter ½ teaspoon cinnamon 1 tablespoon sugar pinch of salt powdered sugar (for dusting) Directions 1. Place a medium-sized 10 Inch Skillet in the oven and preheat to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. While the skillet preheats, prepare the topping. 3. Heat a small skillet or saucepan over medium/low heat. Add 2 tablespoons of butter, apples, cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of sugar to pan and cook, stirring occasionally. Heat milk in the microwave for 20 seconds. 4. In a medium-sized bowl, beat eggs, then stir in milk. Slowly whisk in flour and salt until smooth. 5. Carefully remove the skillet from the oven, add 1 tablespoon of butter, and coat the inside of the skillet. Add batter to the skillet and place it back in the oven. 6. Bake 12-14 minutes or until browned and puffy. 7. Add softened apple cinnamon topping and dust with powdered sugar and cinnamon!
