Level Beginner Prep Time 5 minutes Cook Time 28 minutes Serves 8 Cook it With Our Cast Iron Wedge Pan Ingredients Brownie 1 cup sugar ¾ cup cocoa powder ¾ teaspoon salt 2 eggs ½ cup butter, melted ¼ cup whole milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ⅓ cup all-purpose flour Directions Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix together sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Whisk in melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in ⅓ cup flour until just combined. Spray wedge pan with cooking spray and sprinkle evenly with flour. Fill each well with ¼ cup of batter. Smooth the top and bake for 28 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in the pan before turning out.
