Level Intermediate Prep Time 10 minutes Cook Time 15 minutes Serves 2-4 Cook it With Our Blacklock Dutch Oven Ingredients 2 tablespoons olive oil 6 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup dry white wine ½ cup clam juice 4 tablespoons butter ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 pounds little-neck clams 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped Directions Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat, 4-5 minutes. Add garlic and continue to cook until golden brown, 1-2 minutes. Pour in white wine, clam juice, butter, red pepper, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil.
