We especially love to eat this outside under a summer sky with a fresh, herby salad. Level Beginner Prep Time 15 minutes Cook Time 25 minutes Serves 4 Cook it With Our Chef Collection Grill Topper Ingredients Main Ingredients ½ cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon mustard, Creole or stone ground 1 tablespoon pineapple juice 2 teaspoons crushed pineapple 1 clove minced garlic 1 teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon pickle juice ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined 4 pineapple rings red pepper flakes, garnish chopped parsley, garnish Cajun Seasoning 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon thyme ½ teaspoon salt ½ cayenne pepper Directions 1. Combine the first nine ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until well incorporated. Season with salt and pepper; refrigerate until ready to serve. 2. Preheat the grill over medium-high heat with the lid closed for 10 minutes. Add the grill topper to the grill, close the lid and continue to preheat for 5-10 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, combine all Cajun seasoning ingredients; pat shrimp dry and season liberally on both sides. 4. Oil the grill topper and sear shrimp in single layer batches until nicely charred, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove to a platter. 5. While the shrimp is cooking, sprinkle the pineapple rings on both sides with Cajun seasoning mixture. Oil the grill grate and add the pineapple; cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes per side and remove. 6. Transfer the grilled pineapple to a platter with the shrimp and drizzle with remoulade.
