Top it all off with powdered sugar, whipped cream, or a big scoop of ice cream. Or if you’re feeling creative, decorate it like a mom tattoo. Level Intermediate Prep Time 15 minutes Cook Time 20-25 minutes Serves 4 Cook it With Our Heart Skillet Ingredients 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste) 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips Powdered sugar Ice cream Directions Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease Heart Pan with Baker’s Joy. Melt butter and allow to cool slightly. Sift, flour, cocoa powder, salt, cayenne, and cinnamon together. In a separate bowl, using a hand mixer, beat sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until creamed. Slowly pour in melted butter and mix until smooth. Add dry ingredients and mix until just incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter in the Heart Skillet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out cleanish. Edges should be set and the center should be slightly gooey.
